Our policy lasts 7 days from receipt of items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside of Australia) are FINAL sale and can not be returned. email info@carmenmiller.com.au with any questions 

Refunds
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your returned items will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days at info@carmenmiller.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We only replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item sent. You must notify us via email within 7 days of receipt at info@carmenmiller.com.au. If a replacement is not available a refund will be given.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive your original amount minus the shipping the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
